Terms of Service

These terms cover the LifeSourced website and membership as they work today. By creating an account or starting a membership, you agree to them. “LifeSourced” means the service offered under that name. A separate legal entity name and mailing address are not published in the app.

The service

LifeSourced is wellness education and decision support. Members upload their own lab results. The app extracts biomarkers and can write educational observations, food priorities, a 7-day meal plan, recipes, a grocery list, and dining notes when the plan includes them.

LifeSourced displays lab-testing options and prices. Lab testing and checkout are securely fulfilled through Fullscript. Ordering, fulfillment, and the related laboratory services are provided by Fullscript and its laboratory partners. LifeSourced does not perform laboratory testing or process specimens. It is not a medical provider or a pharmacy, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Nothing in the app is medical advice. Talk with a licensed healthcare professional about your labs, symptoms, medicines, and supplements.

Plans

The memberships currently offered, at the amounts shown in the app, are:

• Core — $29 per month, or $249 per year. One lab-panel analysis, a personalized meal plan, recipes, a grocery list, and the public dining guide.
• Premium — $49 per month, or $399 per year. Everything in Core, plus unlimited lab uploads, supplement considerations, and personalized dining notes for a lab panel.

LifeSourced does not include an AI health-agent chat or a peptide research library. Grocery, meal, and recipe tools that a plan includes stay available on that plan.

Trial and billing

Checkout is a Stripe subscription. Every new checkout includes a 7-day trial. A card is required to start. Stripe charges the membership price when the trial ends, and then at the start of each later billing period, unless the subscription has been canceled. You choose monthly or yearly at checkout. LifeSourced looks up the Stripe price for the plan you selected. It does not store your card number.

You can open Manage membership in the app. That creates a Stripe billing-portal session for the customer on your subscription. Cancellation happens in that Stripe portal, not through a separate cancel button in LifeSourced. The app records the status Stripe sends, including whether the subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current period.

Access continues while Stripe reports the subscription as active, trialing, or past due and the recorded period end is still in the future. Access also continues if Stripe has marked the subscription canceled but that recorded period end has not passed. When Stripe notifies LifeSourced that the subscription was deleted, the app marks it canceled. The app does not offer its own refunds. Any refund is up to Stripe and the card network, not a promise in these terms.

Your lab files

You are responsible for the files you upload and for having the right to upload them. LifeSourced does not obtain labs for you. You can delete a panel and its files from My Labs. There is no in-app export of your whole account and no in-app account deletion. To request either, email privacy@lifesourced.life. For ordinary support, email support@lifesourced.app.

Affiliate links

Some grocery rows link to Amazon, Amazon Fresh, or Whole Foods searches, and the dining guide links to Amazon for table-kit items. The links include the Amazon Associates tag lifesourced-20. LifeSourced may earn a commission if you buy through them. That does not raise your price in the app, and a link is not an endorsement of a specific product. The app does not hand a list to Instacart and does not add items to an Amazon cart for you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to break or probe accounts that are not yours, upload files you have no right to upload, or present LifeSourced output as a diagnosis or as instructions from a clinician.

No guarantee of results

Educational guidance can be incomplete or wrong, including when a lab file is hard to read. You review extracted values before analysis. You decide what to eat, what to buy, and what to discuss with a clinician. LifeSourced does not guarantee a health outcome.
