Privacy Policy

This policy describes what LifeSourced actually collects and how the app uses it. It is written for the product as it works today. LifeSourced is the name used in the app. A separate legal entity name and mailing address are not published here.

What LifeSourced is

LifeSourced is a wellness education and decision-support membership. You upload your own lab PDFs or photos. The app extracts biomarkers and writes educational observations, food priorities, a 7-day meal plan, recipes, a grocery list, and dining notes when your plan includes them.

LifeSourced displays lab-testing options and prices. Lab testing and checkout are securely fulfilled through Fullscript. Ordering, fulfillment, and the related laboratory services are provided by Fullscript and its laboratory partners. LifeSourced does not perform laboratory testing or process specimens. It is not a medical provider or a pharmacy, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, or prescribe medication.

Account data

When you create an account we store the email address you enter. Your password is handled by the account system (Supabase Auth) and is not shown back to you. A sign-in session is kept in your browser so you stay signed in. See the Cookie Policy for the storage that does that.

Profile and preferences

If you complete your member profile, we store what you type there: allergies, dietary preferences, disliked foods, medications, supplements, health goals, budget, household size, preferred stores, and the time you acknowledge the wellness disclaimer. That profile is used to shape the educational food guidance.

Lab files and AI processing

You choose the lab files you upload (PDF, JPEG, or PNG). We store those files, the laboratory name and collection date you enter, the biomarker values extracted from the file, and the educational analysis saved for that panel. That analysis can include a summary, food priorities, foods to limit, a 7-day meal plan, recipes, a grocery list, supplement considerations when your plan includes them, and questions you might raise with a licensed clinician.

To extract biomarkers and write that guidance, the file and the related profile details are sent to an AI service (Google Gemini through the Lovable AI gateway). Personalized dining notes, on plans that include them, are generated when you open them and are not saved as their own record. The output is educational. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

Membership and payments

Paid membership is billed by Stripe. LifeSourced stores the Stripe customer id, subscription id, price lookup, status, trial end, current period dates, whether Stripe has marked the subscription to cancel at period end, and whether the subscription is in the test or live environment. Card numbers are entered in Stripe Checkout. LifeSourced does not store your card number.

Billing terms — the 7-day trial, plan prices, and how cancellation is recorded — are in the Terms of Service.

Affiliate links

Grocery items can open Amazon, Amazon Fresh, or Whole Foods search links, and the dining guide has Amazon buttons for the table kit. Those links use the Amazon Associates tag lifesourced-20. LifeSourced may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. The links are search helpers, not a statement that a product is approved. The app does not include Instacart shopping links.

What we do not do

LifeSourced does not sell your account, profile, or lab information. The app does not include an advertising network or a separate analytics product. We do not show a cookie banner because the storage described in the Cookie Policy is the storage the app uses to function.

Who processes it

Account records, profiles, lab files, and saved analyses are stored with Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Lab reading, food guidance, and personalized dining notes are processed by the AI gateway described above. Those providers process the information needed to run the feature you used.

Your choices

You can do these things in the app today:

• Sign in and view your profile, lab panels, and saved guidance.
• Delete a lab panel from My Labs. That removes the uploaded files and, through the database, the biomarkers and saved analysis tied to that panel.
• Sign out, which ends the session in that browser.
• Open Manage membership, which sends you to Stripe’s billing portal to review or cancel the subscription Stripe holds.

There is no in-app button to export your whole account or to delete the account itself. To request a copy of your account data, or deletion of the account and the profile and files that go with it, email privacy@lifesourced.life. Use that address only for those data-privacy requests and for other privacy questions. For ordinary product, membership, or account help, email support@lifesourced.app.
